UK Government announces £60 million boost for creative industries to turbocharge growth
The recently announced £60 million boost for creative industries marks the first step of the Government’s Sector Plan for the creative industries, and aims to turbocharge growth by by transforming local venues, creating jobs, supporting businesses and spreading opportunity across the country.
Creative UK were delighted to be part of the conversation as the boost was announced at the DCMS Creative Industries Growth Summit on Friday 17 January at The Glasshouse International, Gateshead.
